The ProTaxi branding project stands as one of the most ambitious and rewarding challenges for Marketing One. Our mission was to build a complete brand identity from scratch — starting with the creation of the name, slogan, and visual concept, and concluding with the full branding and wrapping of an entire fleet of electric taxis in Durres, Albania.
The greatest challenge we faced was time. The project had to be completed within a very short deadline, leaving no room for delays. In addition, the production and wrapping phase came with significant obstacles. Many printing and wrapping suppliers did not have the exact color code we had defined in the brandbook, and others required long production times to match the specific visual and material standards we had established for the fleet.
Despite these constraints, our team coordinated seamlessly across all levels — from design and brand development to vendor communication and on-site supervision. We collaborated closely with production operators, constantly testing materials, colors, and finishes to ensure the final result perfectly matched the brand identity we had envisioned.
Thanks to detailed planning, close coordination, and creative problem-solving, we delivered the entire branding project on time and with outstanding results. Every vehicle was wrapped to perfection, reflecting the modern, eco-friendly, and professional spirit of ProTaxi.
